Glo-Protek Protect-N-Marine CR–M 107
A high build primer based on Chlorinated Rubber with high quality plasticizers and suitable pigments.
Recommended for use on the outer hull, decks, superstructures and interior area of ships as a primer which should be top-coated with Protect-N-Marine CR – M 107 Finish Paint.

Limitation
C.R. based paints are not resistant to Oils, Grease & Fats. The film being thermoplastic is liable to soften and decompose above 60ºC.
Surface Preparation
Degrease and blast clean to Sa 2½ or prepare the surface mechanically / manually to ST2 and ensure, the surface is free from all contaminants prior to application.
Precautions
Ventilate the area to be painted thoroughly to avoid suffocation while application

Health & Safety
Use rubber hand gloves and safety goggles while handling this material. Normal PPE can be used. As a general rule, avoid inhalation of solvent vapour or paint mist and contact of paint with skin and eyes. Provide forced ventilation when working with solvent born coating in confined spaces or stagnant. Skin and eye protection follow the local and national regulations.
