Surface Preparation

Before applying the piant, all surfaces must be clean, dry and free from oil, grease and other contaminants.. Blast cleaning to Sa 2.5 of Swedish International Standard . In case of aged Epoxy Primer , the surface Should be sufficiently roughened prior to painting.

Application Instruction

Stir the comp. A and comp. B separately. If settling is observed in the comp. A, loosen the settled material and mix it with the help of pneumatic stirrer. Mix the comp. B gradually to the comp. A in the specified ratio under continuous stirring till homogeneous. Use epoxy thinner as specified.

Environmental Condition

Surface temperature must be 3°C above the dew point to prevent condensation.

Temperature

Air 5 - 40°C
Surface 5 - 50°C
Relative Humidity 5 – 80%

Special Notes

Thinner consumption may vary depending upon site conditions. Practical covering capacity depends on application techniques, ambient conditions, wastage, surface condition etc.

Health & Safety

As a general rule, avoid inhalation of solvent vapour or paint mist and contact of paint with skin and eyes. Provide forced ventilation when working with solvent born coating in confined spaces or stagnant. Skin and eye protection follow the local and national regulations.
